By creating an account or using ClubKit, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ClubKit.
ClubKit is a club management platform for rugby clubs, operated by Korey Enright ("we", "us", "our"). It provides tools for managing memberships, teams, events, rosters, and club communications.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ClubKit. By using ClubKit, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have the consent of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ClubKit cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Information you provide to ClubKit (such as profile details, availability, and event responses) may be visible to club administrators, coaches, captains, and other authorized members as needed for club operations. By joining a club on ClubKit, you consent to this visibility as described in our Privacy Policy.
ClubKit offers optional integrations with third-party services including Google Calendar, Discord, and Square. By enabling these integrations, you authorize ClubKit to access and use data from those services as described in our Privacy Policy.
Google Calendar: When a club administrator connects Google Calendar, ClubKit will create, update, and remove calendar events on the selected Google Calendar to reflect club events. ClubKit does not read or modify any existing events on your Google Calendar. You may disconnect this integration at any time from club settings or from your Google Account permissions. ClubKit's use of Google API data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their policies before enabling any integration.
By creating an account, you agree to receive essential transactional emails from ClubKit, including account confirmations, password resets, and club-related notifications. You may opt in to additional communications such as club newsletters and updates, and you can unsubscribe from those at any time.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
ClubKit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that ClubKit will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We are not responsible for any decisions made by clubs or their administrators based on information in ClubKit.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClubKit and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of ClubKit.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the application or via email. Continued use of ClubKit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
